Local Showroom

Our recently remodeled showroom is conveniently located at 522 North State Road in Briarcliff Manor. The building is across from Terra Tile and just down the road from Club Fit. Our showroom has 6 full-size doors, over 20 hand samples, a dozen stain color samples and all of our glass options available. Please Call (914) 762-6655 to make an appointment.

Local Owners

Henry Allen started the business and lived his whole life in Chappaqua.
Edward Carey took over the business and lived in Mt. Kisco.
Present owner Morgan Carey grew up in Millwood and lives locally in Somers.
Henry Allen, Ed Carey and Morgan Carey are all graduates of Horace Greeley High School.

Family Owned/ Operated

My step grandfather Henry Allen started the Business in 1946 after returning from WWII. My uncle took over the business in 1980. Morgan Carey took over ownership in 2001. Since then I have slowly grown the business to make sure our clients get the personal and professional service they have come to expect over our 72 years in business. In 2010, my mother joined the company as office manager and she has learned all the door terminology and successfully helps out with clients as well.

Morgan Carey – Owner

20 Years of Door Experience and Sales

Morgan has an Associates Degree in Accounting from WCC and lives in Somers with his Son and Daughter. He was a New York State High School Wrestling Champion, graduating from Horace Greeley in 1995 and is currently the Somers Youth Wrestling Head Coach for over 40 boys and girls. He enjoys camping with his kids and fishing.

Virginia Carey – Office Manager

38 Year Office/Scheduling Experience.

Virginia graduated from Horace Greeley and attended Berkeley Secretarial School. Virginia joined the Family business in 2010. She has 3 grown sons and six grandchildren. She enjoys going to Cape Cod and traveling.

Chad Smith – Sales, Technician, and Door Installs:

18 Years of Door Experience. Chad graduated from Middletown High School. Chad joined Henry Allen Co. in 2010 and previously had 10 years of garage door experience. Chad lives in Middletown, NY with his wife and enjoys running and competing in Spartan Races.

Michael Albrecht – Door Technician and Installer

14 Years of Door Experience.

Mike graduated from Carmel High School. He joined Henry Allen Co. in 2011 and previously had 7 years of door experience. Mike lives in Cortlandt with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play sports.
